Employee Share Services (ESS) is a specialist division of Link and provides some of Australia's most iconic companies with comprehensive employee and Executive share and option plan solutions.

ESS manages plans for over 100 clients, representing over 250 plans and a quarter of a million employees, based both domestically and overseas.

The ESS team has over 20 years share plan management experience and provides advice to clients on the best way to administer and operate legally compliant share plans in the most practical, workable way.

Experience at the Executive Level

Link’s ESS division operates Executive and senior management share, rights and option plans, including non-executive director plans, making ESS a market leader. Only senior ESS representatives deal with your Executives and senior management. ESS understands the sensitivities of dealing with senior employees and the high level of service they require.

Link also offers Total Shareholder Return (TSR) advisory reporting and Trustee services as part of the administration package for Executive plans. In an era of increasing Executive and Board scrutiny it is important that performance measures and plan administrations are independent, accurate and compliant.

Employee Education

Aware of the importance of employee education, the ESS team have developed a new and innovative product for the Australian marketplace. The ESS e-Guide is a flexible interactive training and presentation system that can be used for training your employees or presenting to a wider audience. The e-Guide can also be adapted for individual training, via an on-screen training tool or used to provide group presentations.

Interaction plays a key part in the education process and the e-Guide allows your employees and internal stakeholders to learn with the aid of our step-by-step learning approach complete with voice-over tuition. A demonstration can be provided which is designed to show employees how to:

  • accept an offer on-line
  • view their holdings on-line
  • view key information regarding the plan
  • change or update, their details.
