  • Talent Referral Scheme - Link employees are eligible to receive a bonus payment should they refer good quality candidates to fill employment vacancies, subject to the candidate’s appointment and successful completion of their employment probation.
  • Increased contributions to the superannuation fund - In addition to the compulsory Superannuation Guarantee Levy, all senior staff may elect to contribute additional funds to their superannuation through salary sacrifice arrangements and deductions.

  • Group Life & Total Disability (TPD) insurance - Subject to joining Link’s preferred superannuation provider, Link provides Group Life and Total Disability insurance for our permanent employees.
  • Salary continuance insurance - Link provides salary continuance insurance to all permanent employees.  Salary continuance insurance provides compensation for salary and wages during periods of temporary disablement.  (Special conditions and eligibility period applies).
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Our Employee Assistance Services provide a free range of personal and professional support services for our staff, managers, and their families.
  • Health and Well-Being Program - The health of Link employees and their families is a priority and Link supports its employees through the provision of an extensive Health and Well Being program.  The program includes weekly fruit deliveries to the workplace, annual flu vaccinations, discounted gym memberships, employee corporate health discounts, yearly 3 minute angel visits and much more.
  • Social Club - Membership is available to all permanent employees who wish to participate in fun filled events, quarterly functions and discounted movie tickets.
  • Reward & Recognition Scheme - Link believes it is important to recognise and reward employees at all levels for outstanding performance and/or behaviour. Reward and recognition programs include CEO achievement awards (monthly and annual), core value awards, incentive programs, annual salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Paid Parental Leave - All permanent employees who have at least 12 months continuous service are entitled to parental leave to assist them in meeting the needs arising from the birth of a child or care of an adopted child.  This includes 12 weeks paid maternity leave for eligible staff, paid short paternity leave and adoption leave.
