In order to develop and maintain a reputation as committed, client focused and performance driven investor professionals, Link must consistently demonstrate such values.
Values are the common denominators that bind an organisation together and provide a guide to achieving the desired outcomes. Goals and values go hand in hand, so we need values to achieve our goals.

As part of Link’s ongoing commitment to be a proactive and generous corporate citizen, Link has introduced a Workplace Giving initiative called CommunityLink.
CommunityLink provides a simple facility for employees to donate to charities, via their pay. Donating directly via payroll ensures that employees receive an automatic tax deduction for the donation, without the worry of claiming and keeping receipts. It is also a far more efficient way for charities to raise funds, as it provides them with the regular income they require.
The following charities were chosen so that Link employees can collectively make a contribution to these charities. The selection of charities covers a broad range of humanitarian needs.
